Building your list
How do I add games?
Tap “Add games” in the banner at the top and type a name. Before you type, you see which games are popular right now.
Tapping a game puts it under “Not ranked yet”. On a computer you can also drag it straight from the search into a tier.
How do I rank a game?
Tap the game. A bar with S to D appears at the bottom; pick the tier there. In the same bar you can give a score from 0.5 to 10 or remove the game.
On a computer you can also drag covers with the mouse. A see-through cover shows where the game will land.
How do I pick my Game of the Year?
Tap the game and choose “Game of the Year” in the bar, or drag its cover onto the big field at the top.
“Change image” lets you pick another artwork and move or zoom the crop.
Can I rename the tiers?
Yes. Tap the name next to the letter, for example “Masterpieces”, and write whatever you like, or leave it empty. The small arrow next to it brings the original name back.
Your own name goes into the line above the Game of the Year.
Rows or columns?
On a computer you can switch between “Rows” and “Columns” to the right above the list. On a phone the list always uses rows. The image you share looks the same either way.
Sharing
How do I share my list?
Tap “Share” in the banner and pick a format: “Phone” (1080 × 1920, for TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp status) or “Discord” (1920 × 1080).
Below that you can add your name and platform, and “Adjust image” changes the crop of the picture at the top.
How do I get the image into my photos?
On an iPhone or iPad, “Save image” opens the share menu. Choose “Save Image” there and it lands in Photos.
On Android and on a computer the image is downloaded as a file. On Android you find it in your gallery under Downloads.
How do I post it on Discord?
“Copy image” puts the picture on your clipboard. Then just paste it into Discord (Ctrl + V or Cmd + V). The button only shows up if your browser supports it.
Saving and your data
Do I need an account?
No. yearlyy. works without signing up and is free.
Where is my list saved?
Only in your own browser on this device. It is still there next time, but not on your other devices or in other browsers.
If you delete the site data, the list is gone, so keep the image as a backup. More in the privacy policy.
How do I start over?
Tap the round arrow button in the banner (“Reset”) and confirm. Your list is empty afterwards.
Everything else
I can’t find a game. What now?
The game data comes from IGDB. Try the original English title or just part of the name. Very new or very obscure games are sometimes still missing.

How do I change the language or switch to light mode?
In the menu at the top right of the main page. Your choice is remembered.
